The Serving of Supreme Court of British Columbia Documents on School District No. 22 (VERNON), Administrators and Trustees : APRIL 19, 2023 :
“i was attending the April 19, 2023 Vernon School Board Meeting and they had the 2 front doors locked with Men inside acting like security or undercover cops.
When i Noticed this, i turned on my camera, just in case they decided to call the R.C.M.P on myself again.
Turns out there was a Man waiting outside with Envelopes in his hand who they were concerned about, not me.
They opened the doors to let us in but the two guys inside blocked the Man with the envelopes demanding that he give them the papers he had.
He said no at first but they kept blocking him so he said he was there to serve Superintendant CHRISTINE PERKINS, Board Chair GEN ACTON and CHRISTINE LOVE with Supreme Court of British Columbia Documents. i just so happened to turn around to catch The Secretary Treasurer, ADRIAN JOHNSON, on video, taking the envelopes from the Man.”
How to serve documents by personal service
(2)Unless the court otherwise orders, personal service of a document is to be effected as follows:
(a)on an individual, by leaving a copy of the document with him or her;
(i)by leaving a copy of the document with the president, chair, mayor or other chief officer of the corporation,
(ii)by leaving a copy of the document with the city clerk or municipal clerk,
(iii)by leaving a copy of the document with the manager, cashier, superintendent, treasurer, secretary, clerk or agent of the corporation or of any branch or agency of the corporation in British Columbia, or
(iv)in the manner provided by the Business Corporations Act or any enactment relating to the service of court documents,

Mandates, Policies and Rules are NOT Laws and are only enFORCEable if Agreed upon by all Parties involved.
Standard Dictionary Definition of Mandate :
“An authority given by one person to another to do certain things or take some course of action and accepted by the other.“
Black’s Law Dictionary Definition of Mandate :
Blacks Legal dictionary defines “Mandate” as an invitation to voluntarily contract.
THEREFORE “YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLY” its contractual Laws by Agreements.

2. From the very term of the definition, three things are necessary to create a Mandate. COVID – 19 MANDATES
The CORPORATE government of CANADA and those working within have been FORCING unLawful Policies, Rules and Mandates upon the General Public as well as small Businesses of whom they are supposed to SERVE.

If any government Employee Challenges our Public Notices we will come to your place of Business to document and record their actions. We will speak for you and Educate the Challenger with the Law.
If any government Employee continues to harass, impede, threaten, ticket or fine you or your Private Business then we will issue a Public Notice of Claim of Right on your BEHALF and call upon 12 of our Community Peers that are needed to Establish a True Common Law Court.
