Establishing a Common Law Court

A Court is NOT a Physical Place or government institution. A Court is the gathering of 12 Community Members (Peers) who gather together to form the Jury that Hears any Claim that has been placed upon other Members of their Community and they resolve the matter by making a Just and Lawful Decision in the shortest amount of time possible.

There are NO Court Costs, NO Legal Fees,  NO Lawyers, NO RE-Presentatives, NO Middle-Men or Third Parties involved during a Common Law Proceeding. The Parties to the Claim Present their Evidence and state their Case to the Court and the Jury decides the best solution for them.

If a WoMan or Man has a Claim that they wish to bring forward in a Common Law Court they then request a Public Notice of Right of Claim to be Granted. 12 Members of the Community answer the Notice and form the Jury who will Hear the Claim on the Day it is set to be Heard before the Communities Dedicate Court Council.
